photo of Emma, newfoundland dog Emma the Newf was 11 years old at the end of May. She ran the house. She used to expect at least two walks a day, many cookies and hated to be left alone. She died on June 28, 2002. She was the runt of a litter of ten puppies. photo of two young cats, Sophie and Mocha Sophie and Mocha arrived in February 2000 after William, chemo-cat, died. They came from the vet where they had been living. Sophie had a litter of kittens; Mocha is one of that batch.
She lived with me for 10 1/2 years. She was a wonderful dog and is greatly missed. More pictures of Emma Ursula and a picture of a mosaic table top, made in memory of her using pieces of pottery that she broke in her pursuit of people-food on the kitchen counters: Sophie is very well adjusted and does all the regular cat things like sitting on your lap and running to greet you when you come home. Mocha, on the other hand, is wired.
